Sigiriya

Sigiriya is the first place to find information about the Anuradhapura period of art in Sri Lanka. Two sons are sons of King Dhatusena of Anuradhapura. Will Kashyapa and Mugalan. Mugalan and Kashyapa clashed. Therefore, Kashyapa chose Sigiriya as 600 feet in height to protect Mugalan. Kashyapa lived there for 18 years, making it a safe haven and a refuge. History says that he lived in Sigiriya and enjoyed all the luxuries and destroyed his life by committing suicide. A special feature of Sigiriya is the Sigiriya fresco painting. At the foot of the rock is a beautiful park.

  The themes of prestigious frescoes and frescoes are the themes of the frescoes. Historical books say that some 500 feminine images of various postures have been drawn around the early Sigiriya rock. But only 20 of them are left.
